Indicate work parameters. Our team will review your résumé, and if it indicates a strong track record of success and a good fit with our client needs, we will invite you to be included in our online Talent registry. This is by invitation only, and takes about 15 minutes.

Interview and provide references. If we believe your skills and experience are a fit with current client needs, we will invite you to interview, and will ask for professional references from different companies / institutions so we can get a more nuanced perspective on where you will be most successful and satisfied.

Your relationship with us is confidential and non-exclusive. We handle the contracting, billing and payment, and you perform the work as an independent contractor. We communicate regularly with you and with the client before, during, and after each project to ensure mutual satisfaction.
