How we find Talent. Business Talent Group hand-picks talent for each assignment. The majority of our talent comes to us through personal, trusted connections with our executives, advisors, and other members of the talent group, giving us a peerless Talent Flow™. We also search selectively for in-demand skill sets, often recruiting from elite networks, such as the McKinsey Alumni and top-tier business schools.

Thorough screening. All candidates go through a rigorous résumé screen, extensive interviews with our senior-level executives, and in-depth reference checking. We also incorporate real-time client feedback into our profile of every professional we work with. Our process is designed to get a nuanced, deep perspective on each professional, so we understand where they will be most successful and most satisfied.

These professionals fall primarily in two categories: Management Consultants, trained at top-tier consulting firms, and Operating Executives, with experience from the top Fortune 1000 and private equity-backed firms. They are primarily committed independent professionals, who have opted out of the traditional corporate ladder for a segment of their careers, and are ready to jump in to solve immediate problems.
