Ms. Tyagi leads Business Talent Group’s talent development team and works primarily with clients in healthcare, media, Internet, nonprofit, and private equity. Sandra Pinnavaia, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Client Development

Ms. Pinnavaia leads Business Talent Group’s client development team in New York and works primarily with healthcare, pharmaceutical, private equity, and non-profit clients. Ms. Pinnavaia consulted for 8 years with McKinsey & Company, and spent 10 years building a successful independent consulting practice. Scott Powell, Vice President, Client Development
San Francisco
Mr. Powell co-leads client development efforts for the San Francisco Bay Area. He focuses on clients in the corporate sector, particularly in technology, media, professional services and manufacturing. Mr. Powell's career includes Bain & Company, Siebel Systems, Nucleus Research, and Clareo Partners, as well as the US Army where he served as a helicopter pilot flying combat missions. Mike Spignese, Vice President Client Development, Sales Operations

Mr. Spignese leads the client development efforts for BTG’s regional offices in Chicago and brings to the team particular depth in the manufacturing and BtoB sectors. Mr. Spignese’s passion is driving business growth and has over 23 years experience in sales, sales management, international business development and operations in both global firms and entrepreneurial ventures. Ryan Leventhal, Senior Manager, Client Development

Mr. Leventhal focuses on developing new client relationships with major corporations, high-growth midcaps and private equity firms. An experienced sales professional, Mr. Leventhal has spent the bulk of his career at the Corporate Executive Board, where he worked with heads of sales at Fortune 1000 firms and helped lead the expansion into the mid-market.
