People say there is no such thing as a dream job (read: perfect-job). And that’s true if by perfect you mean that it hits a 10 out of 10 on every single dimension.
But here’s the good news, it does not have to hit a 10 on every dimension.
For it to be perfect, it only has to hit a 10 (or close to it) on the KEY dimensions that are most important to YOU.
We presented a webinar at the Harvard Business School last week, and took 800 professionals through a framework for thinking about how to find the perfect job.
