Role & Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and collaborative content marketing rockstar to join our mighty marketing team. If you are an all-around marketing athlete who excels at all forms of content development, nerds out on SEO, and gets excited about building loyal communities, this is the job for you. Extra credit if you know a thing or two about digital marketing such as ABM and retargeting. This person will report to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and work closely with the Director of Marketing Automation, Director of Talent Acquisition and Experience, and the CMO. This role will support two customer audiences—talent and clients.


As part of our team, you will:


  • Understand the needs of and align messaging with our independent talent community
  • Write and edit blog posts, eBooks, guides, surveys, newsletters, video scripts, landing pages, and emails for talent that are relevant, interesting, and on brand
  • Draft, edit, and proof emails, newsletter, thought leadership, and sales collateral for clients
  • Develop and revise lifecycle communications to the talent community in coordination with Marketing Automation
  • Develop and update webinar content for talent and clients
  • Develop and refine messaging and communications as new benefits and features are released to the talent community
  • Define a talent content strategy and content calendar in coordination with Marketing and Talent Solutions colleagues
  • Improve talent experience via our proprietary talent tools in coordination with Product team
  • Contribute to general content development requests, which are ad hoc projects from across the organization
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns as needed

  • Willing to jump in and provide hands-on help on any project




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Creative Writing, Marketing or comparable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a content generating role
  • Working knowledge of Adobe and WordPress
  • Solid understanding of SEO and writing content for SEO
  • Inquisitive by nature and likes to ask questions to ensure relevance to target audiences
  • Team player, able to contribute to the overall goals of a team
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Detail- and solution-oriented self-starter
  • Love of writing
  • Writing samples required
