Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our IT systems and applications by performing testing, creating test plans and scripts, and working closely with the development team to resolve issues.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and assisting with audit requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our IT systems and applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on IT systems and applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and report defects in our IT systems and applications to the development team and track them through to resolution.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of IT systems and applications, including creating and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Assist with audit requests by providing documentation and evidence to auditors.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our IT systems and applications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT quality assurance.
  • Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in ensuring accurate documentation and assisting with audit requests is a plus.
