William Smith

As General Counsel, William Smith leads the legal and risk management functions at BTG. His responsibilities include BTG’s data privacy compliance, employment law, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements activities. He holds a JD from the University of Texas School of Law and a BA from the University of Cambridge and is a member of the Council of the Computer and Technology Section of the State Bar of Texas. William is a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe. Outside the office, William enjoys traveling, cooking, and the occasional competitive run.
