BTG delivered a User Experience and Solutions Designer skilled in design, research, training facilitation, and project management across a number of F500 organizations. The consultant was able to remotely support creation of an end-to-end lifecycle experience map, work closely with the onboarding team to provide design support, create journey maps to allow the team to envision the future state, and provide day-to-day support to leadership.
